I absolutely love this book. I currently have it in hardback but this cover design for the paperback edition is beautiful. Any fans of the original Grimm's fairy tales or Angela Carter will be drawn in to this modern reworking of the fairytale genre. Whilst shocking, it is also hauntingly beautiful. I hope Margo Lanagan writes more soon!
